Smile!

We purchased a dSLR camera over the weekend. It's a Nikon D40, and we're (ok mostly me) having a lot of fun learning how to use it! I managed to shoot two great pictures right from the start:




One nice feature of a dSLR is that you can shoot multiple frames per second. (My old camera could shoot one frame, oh, every 10 seconds or so.) This particular model has the ability to shoot 3 frames per second. And LOOK how I was able to catch Caroline red handed in the following 3 pictures...

And then quick as a flash, hides it behind her Busy Ball Popper:



OK, not really, but it was good for a laugh, right? Stayed tuned as I learn the ins and outs of this great new camera! :-)
