No seriously - the name of the team is actually called The Geezers. Scott signed up for the Maryland Masters Lacrosse League (age 35+) and he is playing goalie for the Geezers. Caroline and I went to watch his first game Friday night. It was a gorgeous evening and she really got a kick out of watching her dad in the goal. Of course Scott came home with a lovely collection of bruises and scapes, and some very sore legs. But he was awesome in the goal considering he hadn't played in 10+ years. He got to reconnect with guys he hasn't seen since high school, and they all enjoyed taking shots on their former comrade. So we all had a blast, and it was really fun to watch him play the sport he's loved since he was little! And as you can see, the portrait lense (18-55mm) is not really good for shooting from the sidelines. So I guess it's time to get that zoom lense!

ha! Geezers! What a fun way to spend time outside, not to mention introduce Caroline to Lax, she'll be in sticklets before you know it! They do make a really cute pink stick!
